Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Boardman, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.

Warehouse Rail Dock Shelters. The bidder is subject to all requirements regarding the payment of Prevailing Wage Rates per Public Works Project ORS 279c.800 to 279C.850. A copy of the scope of work may be obtained on July 16, 2024. Supply all Labor, Materials and Equipment for installation of 7 inflatable Rail Dock Shelters @ Port of Morrow Cold Storage Warehouse. Port of Morrow reserves the right to award or reject for good cause, any or all bids, or to postpone the award of the contract upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279a.120. The Port of Morrow may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the Port that it is in the public interest to do so. Volunteered alternate bids will be evaluated by the Owner and may be the basis for award of a contract The bidder must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board. Work consists of, but may not be limited to, the following estimated unit cost quantities.
