Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Boardman, Oregon. Design plans call for the construction of a 28,500-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As of September 16, 2025, contractor awarded and identified. Architect also identified. The Project consists of a new courthouse at the Boardman site (corner of NE Columbia Ave. & NE Olson Rd.), which will be developed for vehicle access, parking, building and associated utilities and landscaping. Services to be provided include, but are not necessarily limited to, pre-construction services and construction services. The Services described in this RFP will be performed beginning in March 2025. Construction will begin as soon as design allows. Morrow County invites sealed written proposals for CM/GC services associated with the construction of the work related to the Morrow County Courthouse Project. The scope of services may include but is not necessarily limited to pre-construction services and construction services. All packages and envelopes must be marked clearly with the note: "RFP-CM/GC Services, 3:00 p.m., January 7, 2025.
