The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the facilities and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following Obtaining all permits Project supervision Mobilization/Demobilization Bypass pumping Removal and disposal of an existing pump station header and knife gate valves Existing force main pipe rehabilitation Installation of a new 24-inch and 30-inch header, and two new knife gate valves. Decker Main WWPS Emergency Repairs, shall be performed within Granger Hunter Improvement District property and easements located at Decker Main Wastewater Pump Station site (2212 W 3100 S, West Valley, Utah) as indicated on the drawings. Question Deadline 08/01/2024 The Bid Security may be in the form of a certified check Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Work will be Substantially Completed on or before April 1, 2025 and Finally Completed on or before April 15, 2025. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine which bid is, in the OWNER s judgment, the lowest responsive responsible bid of a bidder or group of bidders.
