Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; golf course; and water / sewer project.

The West Valley City Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals to replace four of the thirteen (13) wooden bridges at Stonebridge Golf Club, located in West Valley City. Proposals should also include the replacement of the mainline pipe and two (2) conduits under the bridges and affected concrete cart paths. Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Jamie Young as listed above. A performance bond and payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the guaranteed maximum price naming West Valley City as a third-party obligee shall be required. The right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any or all defects is reserved.
