Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Salina, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; water / sewer project; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The Project includes the following Work: Waterline Relocation: Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for constructing approximately 1,020 linear feet of 12-inch waterline; valves; hydrants; connections to system; water service connection; existing pipeline abandonment; asphalt & concrete surfacing; and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. A pre-bid conference for the Project will not be held. Question Deadline 07/30/2024 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Doc Notes: Information and Bidding Documents for the Project will be sent to Prospective Bidders and can also be found by contacting the Issuing Office. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be issued directly by the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen.
