Bids must be typed or printed in ink. Bids submitted as a result of this invitation must include all enclosed forms and be returned in a sealed envelope or container marked, "SEALED BID FOR CITY OF WINDER STREET REHABILITATION / RESURFACING PROJECT FY 2024-2025 - PROJECT NO. GE23-01A" on the outside. Bids may not be considered unless so received.
