The work to be done hereunder includes the furnishing of all necessary machinery, equipment, tools, labor and other construction means, and all materials and equipment required to perform all work asset forth and called for by the Plans and Specifications and including the placing of the entire project into satisfactory operation. Project No. 1500-255 The construction of approximately +- 3,695 LF of Cured in Place Pipe / Pipe bursting 8" gravity sewer, approximately +- 18 Manhole Rehabilitations, and all appurtenances necessary to complete the job. All work on the Project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed. No bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City of Baxley prior to the time set forth above, and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, payable to the City of Baxley for 10 percent of the amount of the bid; to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required Payment Bond and Performance Bond and Insurance Certificates.
