Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hammond, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This work shall include, but is not limited to, surface preparation of the existing floor, coring for new pickleball post sleeves with foundations and brass caps, installation of new specialty flooring, striping and installation of posts and nets for 12 indoor pickleball courts at the Jean Shepherd Community Center located at 3031 J.F. Mahoney Drive in the City of Hammond, Lake County, Indiana.
