Renovation of a detention facility in Bayport, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
State Project Number 78SW0074 Fire Suppression System at MCF Stillwater A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Painting of Cells in Cell Blocks B, C, D, and half of A 2. Fire sprinkler protection of Cell Blocks A, B, C, and D 3. Fire sprinkler protection of the attic above Cell Block D 4. Required fire alarm work to support the new fire sprinkler systems Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since May 2014 for construction of similar project scope working in a security facility with multi-phased construction. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $2,300,000 or greater. Project Manager responsible for this project has had at least five (5) years of experience with General Contracting similar in scope and value to this project. Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $2,300,000, or greater. Addendum #1-#4 have been issued as of 8-15-2024. Question Deadline 08/02/2024
