The intent of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to seek and obtain proposals from North Carolina licensed tennis court contractors to repair and resurface nine(9) exterior tennis courts, measuring 155 ft x 120 ft for each bank of courts, at Ogden Park, 615 Ogden Park Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403. Repairs, resurfacing, playing lines, etc. must meet United States Tennis Association (USTA) specifications. Question Deadline 07/24/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions concerning this solicitation should be directed to Courtney Prince, Purchasing Agent at lbutler@nhcgov.com. An addendum summarizing all questions and answers will be posted to the County's website by close of business on Friday, July 26, 2024. Bidders who have notified the County of their intent to submit a proposal along with an email address will be sent the addendum upon posting. New Hanover County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to make the Award which will be in the best interest of the County.
