The project includes furnishing all materials, labor, tools and equipment, and incidentals for the complete and proper installation of LED Lighting, replacing existing fluorescent luminaires on two (2) - 100' tall high-mast light poles, and two (2) 70' tall high-mast light poles, as indicated in the contract documents. All work is located at Berths 1 and 2 on the North Carolina State Ports Authority property at the Port of Wilmington. Contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades and that North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. A bid bond is not required for this project. A performance bond and payment bond are not required for this contract. No Bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. Proposals shall be made only on the form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed. A Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) is required to access the port. The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bid Notes: Bids will be received for single prime construction contract.
