Bid Valid 90 Days Project Duration 3 years, plus two option years Q&A Deadline 07/09/2024 11:59 PM (PDT) Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) is soliciting Bids from contractors with qualifications, experience, and knowledge to provide On-Call Fencing Repair and Installation Services as specified in Section 2.0. Contractor license classification at time of Contract award must be Class A, Class B, or Class C-13. SacRT hereby notifies all Bidders it will affirmatively ensure that, in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this solicitation, contractors will be afforded full opportunity to submit a bid in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, disability or age in consideration for an award. Bid must be good for 90 days. If SacRT has not awarded or is not prepared to award by the end of this period, SacRT may request that all bidders voluntarily extend the validity period of the Bid. If all Bidders voluntarily agree, the Bids will be extended on the same terms originally offered and must be honored until the end of the extended period.
