The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for construction of a hydraulic mixing channel, large diameter pipe demolition and new large diameter pipe installation, interconnection of new large diameter piping with existing piping, new chemical feed piping and chemical trenching, and associated instrumentation and controls modifications. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A. Construct work as described in the Contract Documents. 1. Provide the materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the project completely operable. 2. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete project. 3. Provide the civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and all other work required for a complete and operable project. 4. Test and place the completed project in operation. 5. Provide special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as indicated in Contract Documents for the operation and maintenance of the Project. 6. Install Owner provided products and place in operation. 7. Drawings and specifications do not indicate or describe all of the work required to complete the project.
