The Van Buren Local School District Board of Education is accepting proposals from firms to perform asbestos abatement and demolish property located at 209 S. Main Street, Van Buren, Ohio 45889. The Project consists of the abatement and demolition of the vacant house and garage located at 209 S. Main Street, Van Buren, Ohio 45889 (the "Property"). Base pricing will consist of all labor, materials, and services necessary to abate and demolish the Property including utility relocation/abandonment, abatement of items identified in Attachment 3, and grading and seeding of the site after demolition complete. All utility disconnects shall be coordinated with the Owner prior to removal. The contractor shall be responsible for full utility removal within the limits of demolition and capping per the utility provider standards outside of the demo limits.
