For the HVAC Renovations for Van Buren High School. Direct all questions to Kent Buehrer at Buehrer Group Architecture & Engineering, Inc., 314 Conant St., Maumee, OH 43537; 419-893-9021; fax: 419-893-9027. Bids shall include, and Bidders shall submit with their Bids, bid security in the form of (i) a bond in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.54 and 153.571 naming the Board of Education as obligee for the total amount of the Bid, including all add alternates, or (ii) a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, including all add alternates, as prescribed by Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The School District reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder. Question Deadline 12/04/2025: Direct all questions to Kent Buehrer at Buehrer Group Architecture & Engineering, Inc., 314 Conant Street, Maumee, OH 43537; 419-893-9021; fax: 419-893-9027. Prospective bidders in doubt as to the true meaning of a part of the Drawings, Specifications, or other Contract Documents shall submit to the Architect, not less than five (5) days before closing time for bids, a written request for interpretation or clarification.
