Renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Dublin, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.

The project consists of the repair of multiple pedestrian bridges, including but not limited to spot repairs, concrete patching, deck or railing replacement, and sealing of bridge components. Bidders must furnish a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, issued by a surety licensed in Ohio. Proposals must contain the full names of all parties and all interested persons, and evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. The project must be completed by September 25, 2026. Contractors and subcontractors are required, to the extent practicable, to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Payment of prevailing wages is required. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, and contract with the lowest and best bidder. Bidders must ensure non-discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin in employment practices. Location of Work: Engineer's Estimate: $101,000 Estimated Completion Date: September 25, 2026 The Contractor shall take into consideration the following schedule restraints: Bridge #1 - Riviera Park Work for Bridge #1 may not commence until the first Monday following the last day of school for Grizzell Middle School, currently noted as May 29, 2026. All work shall be completed by August 14, 2026, prior to the start of the Dublin City School District Academic Calendar school year. Once the contractor is mobilized and onsite, all work on Bridge No. 1 shall be substantially complete and the walkway reopened within 42 calendar days. Bridge #2 - Avery Road East Side 1 Work for Bridge #2 may not commence until the first Monday following the last day of school for St. Brigid Catholic School, currently noted as May 28, 2026. All work shall be completed by August 14, 2026, prior to the start of the 2026-2027 St. Brigid Catholic School year. Work for both Avery Road East Side bridges, Bridge #2 and Bridge #3, shall be completed in a single construction period. Once the contractor is mobilized and onsite, all work on both Bridge No. 2 and Bridge No. 3 shall be substantially complete and the walkway reopened within 28 calendar days. Bridge #3 - Avery Road East Side 2 Work for Bridge #3 may not commence until the first Monday following the last day of school for St. Brigid Catholic School, currently noted as May 28, 2026. All work shall be completed by August 14, 2026, prior to the start of the 2026-2027 St. Brigid Catholic School year. Work for both Avery Road East Side bridges, Bridge #2 and Bridge #3, shall be completed in a single construction period.
