Annual Pavement Marking maintenance program for all long line and auxiliary road markings. One year marking services contract with optional annual renewal for two additional years. The work including Item 642 Traffic Paint, Item 644 Thermoplastic Pavement Marking, Item 645 Contrast Preform Pavement Marking, Item 647 Heat-Fused Preformed Thermoplastic Pavement Marking and Item 648 Spray Thermoplastic Marking. All unit prices may be escalated each year based upon the ODOT Construction Price Index or 3%, whichever is lower. The work consists of an annual pavement marking program for longline and auxiliary road markings. Bids are for materials and labor necessary for the Pavement Marking Services 2026 project, with a cost estimate of $175,000. Bidders are required to provide a Bid Guaranty, evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity, and must complete the project by October 15, 2026. The project requires the use of Ohio products, materials, services, and labor to the extent practicable, and payment of prevailing wages is required. Instructions include: submitting sealed bids via Bid Express, registering as a bidder on the platform, and reviewing all relevant solicitations prior to bidding. Each proposal must state the names of all interested parties. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, and select the lowest and best bid.
