The project involves the installation of a pedestrian hybrid beacon at the intersection of Hyland-Croy Road and Tullymore Drive. The work also includes curb ramp modifications and a temporary pedestrian hybrid beacon. All materials and labor necessary for construction are to be provided. The owner requires the temporary signal to be operational by March 31, 2026, and the full project completed by October 31, 2026. Contractors and subcontractors are to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor as much as practicable, and payment of prevailing wage is required. Bidders must register with the electronic bidding system, furnish a Bid Guaranty per Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, and submit evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. Each proposal must list the full name of the party or parties submitting the bid and all interested persons. Bidders must ensure nondiscrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process, and contract with the bidder it considers offers the lowest and best bid.
