Renovation of a municipal facility in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work includes removal and replacement of rotted trim, sofit, and facia boards, replacement of missing asphalt shingles, and painting. The building is located at 59 Town Hall Square, Falmouth, MA 02540. Quotes must include removal and disposal of all construction debris. The work will be completed at non-premium rates, scheduled on a mutually agreed upon time upon acceptance of proposal. A detailed scope of the project is attached. All quantities are estimates and should be verified by the contractor. Minimum wage rates are required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H for this project. Prevailing Wage Rates for the project are attached in Appendix D; weekly certified payrolls shall be submitted by the contractor before any invoices are paid. A sample Contract Agreement can be found in Appendix C outlining insurance requirements and all required contact terms. Proposals greater than $25,000.00 will require a 50% payment bond.
