The scope of work includes removal and disposal of existing 6'x6' second story deck and associated staircase. Installation of a new 9x12 second story deck and staircase. Removal and replacement of existing screen door and associated trim. The building is located at, 555 W Falmouth Hwy, Falmouth, MA 02540. All concrete and Lumber anchors shall be galvanized.. All trim shall be regular PVC, railings shall be extruded cellular PVC, and Decking shall be 5/4 Timbertech composite, or equal.
