The project consists of the removal and disposal of the existing playground safety surfacing, and installing new playground safety surfacing. The project is located within the following Five (5) Parks. Upon award, the successful Respondent will be required to obtain a North Las Vegas Business License. The Contract shall have a term of 120 days after receipt of Purchase Order. SCOPE: All materials used must be new. Providers must be from a well-established company in business for 10 years or more with a successful track record for quality and support, examples: Creative Play Recreation, Robertson Recreational Surfaces, Evans Recreation Installations, etc. Must include a 3-year warranty, or better. Furnish and install new International Play Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA) Certified Bonded Rubberized Safety Surfacing per American with Disabilities Act (ADA), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), anIPEMA Standards. Provide temporary fencing for duration of project. Remove and dispose of existing Pour in Place (PIP) surfacing. Product thickness must meet critical fall height for existing playground equipment. Contractor will be responsible for determining critical fall height for each individual playground. Contractor will be responsible for own site visits
