Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of November 4 , 2024 , project has not been awarded yet, A timeline for award has not yet been established..** The Project consists of three (3) options for rehabilitation/and or replacing existing Lift Station SP-15 including replacing approximately 600 lineal feet of 4-inch to 6" PVC force main pipes and approximately 2500 lineal feet of 2" pvc fiber and fiber boxes. This work also includes all associated piping and piping connections, pumps, electrical service, lift station controls, control panel with fiber communication, and accessories, valves and all other items identified on the Contract Drawings and line items bid. All buried mains identified for demolition shall be removed and disposed of according to all applicable regulations or shall be pumped full of grout. Existing Facility Operation: The Contractor shall maintain operation of the existing lift station until the new lift station and new force main pipes is completely constructed, successfully tested and certified by the City of Port St. Lucie Utility Systems Department (PSLUSD). All items not specifically identified in the bid reply sheet are considered to be incidental to other pay items in the Contract. Also, any item not included in the attached specifications shall be covered under the City of Port Saint Lucie Utility Systems Department Utility Standards Manual. For full version of Technical Specification see Appendix "A" Since funding for procuring these materials is provided by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), the vendor and manufacture of these materials should also meet ARPA's guideline requirements.
