Scope of Work. The Awarded Contractor shall remove, haul away and install asphalt shingles. Replacement shall be based on the specification and drawings as identified in Exhibit A: Technical Specifications and as outlined below. 2.2.1. Remove existing asphalt shingles and underlayment down to the roof deck and haul away. 2.2.2. Install new twenty-four (24) gauge prefinished metal eave edge flashing which shall be a minimum two (2) inch by four (4) inches. 2.2.3. Provide and install new self-adhered underlayment for two (2) thirty-six (36) inch-wide courses at eaves and one (1) thirty six (36) inch wide sheet at valleys. 2.2.4. Provide and install new underlayment. 2.2.5. Provide and install new twenty four (24) gauge prefinished metal valley flashings. 2.2.6. Provide and install new twenty four (24) gauge eave flashing as indicated on drawings. Provide and install new CertainTeed's presidential shake impact resistant fiberglass reinforced asphalt shingles and associated accessories. 2.2.8. Provide and install new snow guards where existing snow guards were located. 2.2.9. Provide and install a new twenty four (24) gauge prefinished metal cap. 2.2.10. Provide and install new twenty four (24) gauge pre-finished steel six (6) inch K-style gutters. Secure with hangers at twenty (24) inches on center. 2.2.11. The Awarded Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, services, facilities, and appurtenances which are indicated or reasonably implied by Exhibit A, or as specified.
