Metal Building System This project shall consist of the design - documentation and calculations for permit - fabrication - and delivery of an approximately 12 - 000 sq. ft. metal building system as noted on the plan sheet(s) and specifications. The metal building system will include all primary and secondary steel structure. The rest of the building including insulation - roofing - cladding - doors - fenestration - interior partitions and finishes will be designed and bid in a subsequent phase. The building will be occupied by a brewery and will primarily be used for beer production but will also include a small taproom and kitchen. This project also includes the cost for any and all coordination required with the design team of subsequent phase and the metal building erector. The project location is in Pullman - WA. Estimated Cost of Project: $105 - 000 - $145 - 000 The Port anticipates awarding this project to the successful bidder and intends to give Notice to Proceed as soon as the Contract and all required documents are executed in full.
