The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a SEALED PROPOSAL to provide DesignBuild services for HVAC Replacement at Brushy Creek and Westcliffe Elementary Schools, including both RTUs, VAVs, Controls and Fire Alarm and OAUs at Westcliffe, Boilers and CCP system at Brushy Creek in accordance with the Specifications and Terms and Conditions of this solicitation. Design shall be in accordance with all current Codes.
