New Jersey New Jersey School Boards Association Solicits Responsive and Responsible Bids for a Replacement Boiler for an Existing Aerco Benchmark Model 1500 Natural Gas Modulating and Condensing Hot Water Boiler. The Replacement Boiler is Being Sought Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 18a:18a-1.1 Et Seq. Interested Citizens or Vendors May Obtain Information Regarding the Manner and Operation of This System by Contacting New Jersey School Boards Association, Located at 413 West State Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08168, or by Calling 609695-7600, or via Email at Ctanksley@njsba.org. Scope of Work: Remove existing AERCO Benchmark 1.5LN boiler and associated piping and pumps if necessary. 1. Boiler is currently shut down and isolated. 2. Mechanically and electrically disconnect boiler. 3. Completely demolish and remove existing boiler and debris. 4. Furnish and rig into place one (1) new AERCO BMK1500 Low Nox boiler complete. 5. Mechanically connect flue outlet piping, air inlet piping, gas piping, relief valve piping and condensate piping as needed. 6. Electrically connect boiler reusing existing electrical tie points. 7. Upon completion, put boiler online, startup adjust and perform combustion efficiency tests printing results, fill out manufacturer and state required paperwork. 8. Comply with all manufacturers' warranty requirements and obtain all applicable permits. Question Deadline 07/31/2024
