Renovation of a mixed-use development in Aspinwall, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
*As of August 23, 2024, project was awarded to Likar Roofing Co,but awarded amount is not available.** Firemans Park Building Roof Drainage and Runoff Modifications the Project Consists Primarily of Modifications to the Roof Drainage System Including Replacement of Gutters, Downspouts and Runoff Piping and Related Appurtenances. No Documents Will Be Issued Within 48 Hours of the Scheduled Bid Opening. Each Proposal Shall Be Accompanied by a Bidders Bond, Cashiers Check, or Certified Check in Favor of the Borough of Aspinwall in the Amount of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount of the Proposal, as Evidence the Bidder Will Accept and Carry Out the Conditions of the Contract in Case of Award. This Contract Shall Be Subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961, P.l. 987, as Amended, 43 P.s. Section 165 Et Seq. Workers Shall Not Be Paid Less Than the Prevailing Minimum Wages as Set Forth in the Applicable Schedule. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days Once Filed With the Borough of Aspinwall. The Borough of Aspinwall Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informality in the Bids Received. M
