Not Less Than the Prevailing Hourly Wage Rate as Determined by the Illinois Department of Labor Pursuant to Illinois Revised Statutes, Ch. 489, Sec.39s-1 Et. Seq. All Bidders Are Advised That All Work of This Contract Shall Be Subject to the Provisions of the "Illinois Prevailing Wage Act." Prevailing Wage Rates Have Been Determined and Are on File at the Office of the State of Illinois Department of Labor, Telephone (217) 782-6206 or on the Website (online). All Bidders Shall Submit and Enclose With Their Bid a Notarized Certification That the Contractor is Not Barred From Bidding on the Contract as a Result of a Violation of Either Section 33 E-3 or 33 E-4 of Article 33e, Public Act 85-1295 (Senate Bill 2002). Certification is Located in the Proposal Form, Section 00300, of the Project Manual. During the Performance of This Contract, the Contract Shall Not Discriminate Against Any Employee or Applicant for Employment on the Basis of Race Color, Creed, National Origin, Gender, Age or Any Other Basis in Violation of Any Applicable Law, Rule, Regulation or Ordinance, and Shall Otherwise Perform in Accordance With All Such Laws, Rules, Regulations and Ordinances. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, Bank Draft, Certified Check or Cashier's Check in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Base Bid, Made Payable to Macoupin County.
