Site work for a mixed-use development in Highland Hills, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work covered by the plans and specifications includes installation of a manufactured shelter, pad for same, concrete walks, landscaping, electrical work and incidentals. Small Business Enterprises (SBE's) are encouraged to participate on this project. The goal for SBE participation is 35% of total contract award for this project. All work under this contract shall be completed within 45 days of Notice to Proceed. Inquiries must be submitted in writing to Village Engineer, Susan M. Any Proposed Equal for a Standard shall be submitted to the Engineer not later than 7 days prior to the bid opening. If no Addendum is issued accepting the Proposed Equal as an Approved Equal, the Proposed Equal shall be considered rejected.
