Furnishing all labor and materials for the Old Emery Road Culvert Rehabilitation project in accordance with specifications. Each proposal must include a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond, the full names of all parties and interested persons, and evidence of experience with similar projects. Contractors and subcontractors must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor as practicable, comply with equal employment opportunity requirements, and be registered with the City. Bidders must also comply with prevailing wage rates as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with clear project name and bidder contact information on the outside. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any irregularities, and accept the bid deemed most favorable.
