In addition, a performance/payment bond equal to 100% of the bid amount is required. Please direct any questions in writing to beauchemind@bossiercity.org . Questions concerning this bid package will be answered by written addendum to all potential bidders at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the bid opening. If an electronic quote is submitted the contractor should include his State Contractors License number when the quote with alternates amounts to $50,000.00 or more. APEX completed the following scope of work: Completed an asbestos inspection of the entire structure to determine the presence or absence extent of asbestos. Conducted the asbestos inspection survey in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations. Submitted a final asbestos report.
