Phase Two (2): o Provide 800Amp power from secondary side of existing DRC, TID transformer to 800Amp Fuse Disconnect by undermining CMU wall and trenching parallel to wall out to location near barn, exact location to be shown on job walk. o Power to feed 800Amp, 240Volt fuse disconnect. o Disconnect to feed 100Amp Panel "K9" in new programs yard and 600Amp Panel "Barn1A" for new welding site inside covered barn (old horse stall area). o 600Amp Barn Panel to feed 100Amp sub-panel as well as step-up transformer from 120/208v to 277/480v to welders and compressor from 600Amp barn panel. o From 100Amp "Barn1B" sub-panel (all on Phase-2) o EMT stubs, convert from PVC to EMT for all connections. o Mount all power gear and light fixtures. o Run all EMT to junction box locations. o Pull all wire and terminate. o Install devices (receptacles, switches, and disconnects). o (25) 120v receptacles inside barn coming out from 100A sub-panel "Barn1B". o (21) 120v quad- receptacles for inside Conex boxes (3 in each 40ft and 2 in each 20ft). o (7) 8' Vapor Tight LED Light Strips over welding booths. o (14) 8' Vapor Tight LED Light Strips for rest of barn area. o (26) 8' Vapor Tight LED Light Strips inside Conex boxes (4 in each 40ft and 2 in each 20ft) Location to be determined. o (4) 120/208v, 150w LED Flood Lights with 2-bull horn brackets, 2-per light and with motion sensors for programs yard area. o (2) future stub-ups for future lighting under new awning on the north side of barn. o (8) single-pole switch inside each Conex box to control lighting. o (3) switches with motion for lighting under barn area (front, side and middle location). o All electrical equipment shall be outdoor rate. o All underground conduits feeders shall be PVC-40.
