The City of Lemoore is requesting proposals from experienced consulting firms to develop a comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The consultant will work closely with City staff and involve various community stakeholders to conduct a community needs assessment and develop said Master Plan for the purpose of providing guidance and direction for the future design and development of facilities and programs to meet the needs of the City's residents over the next ten years. Based upon the criteria in the RFP, the selection committee will select the most qualified firm and attempt to negotiate an Agreement. If such negotiations are not successful, the City may negotiate with the next most qualified respondent(s).
