Work consists of the cleaning and inspection of sewer systems with digital cameras or color pan and tilt CCTV imagery in order to record all relevant features and confirm their structural and service condition. Inspections of sewer systems shall be carried out in compliance with the NASSCO PACP reporting format and coding standards and shall be in compliance with all applicable safety regulations and provision of the Contract Documents. All work required under the Contract Documents shall be completed and ready within the time frames as established in the Agreement. Matthew Peles, P.E. will accept written questions regarding the Bid in writing no later than 12:00 p.m. prevailing time on Wednesday, July 24th, 2024. Based upon the questions submitted, the PRBRSA may, in its sole discretion, provide answers in the form of an addendum to the Bid Documents. PRBRSA reserves the right to modify or change any of the Bid Specifications by the issuance of addenda to the Bid Specifications. No.) (973) 838-7200 (Fax No.) (973) 838-3762 Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond, in a form satisfactory and payable to the Pequannock River Basin Regional Sewerage Authority, in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the Total Bid Price, not to exceed Twenty Thousand ($20,000) Dollars. The Bid Bond shall function as a guarantee that, if the Contract is awarded to the Bidder, he will enter into an Agreement with the Pequannock River Basin Regional Sewerage Authority for completion of Work under the Contract, and additionally shall provide a Consent of Surety binding a surety licensed to do business within the State of New Jersey to furnish the required bonds.
