The well has obtained financing from EDA and PFA. Contractors shall comply with the contract packet requirements. C. Contractors shall submit documentation for weekly payroll reports that comply with Davis bacon and state wage rate requirements, BABA products, etc. D. Contractors shall submit documentation of good faith efforts for Minority and Disadvantaged business. Project minority goal 2.9 percent. E. Contractors shall submit documentation of good faith efforts for Women owned business goals. Project woman goal 6.9 percent. F. Description of Work: Project consists of the construction of a 18-inch steel cased 300-foot deep open hole Jordan aquifer well. The well will provide water supply for the municipal water system. The well is to be dynamited, developed, and test pumped. The well is to be televised and water quality tests will be taken. G. The Owner or Engineer may re-design the production well, including moving its proposed location if the proposed site is not approved by the Minnesota Department of Health. The production well may also be cancelled by the Owner if the site is determined unsuitable for a production well.
