This project includes Parking Lot Construction (Asphalt paving) Curb and Gutter Sidewalk Storm sewer Electrical lighting and conduit routing Landscaping The Contractor is to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services, skills, materials, etc., required to perform in accordance with all stated intents, specifications and stipulations contained or referenced herein. MPTC seeks vendor(s) who can provide the services outlined in the RFB in an efficient and consistent manner, in accordance with this Request for Bid, which best serves our needs while minimizing cost A Request for Bid (RFB) is being sought by Moraine Park Technical College for Parking Lot C Resurfacing - Fond du Lac Campus. The overall responsibility of the Contractor is to coordinate, plan, manage, and perform assigned activities. The Contractor shall not subcontract any portion of this contract to another party without written consent of MPTC. Per State Statutes, contractor will not provide services for any project that exceeds $25,000. Projects in excess of $25,000 require public Bids as outlined in Wisconsin State Statutes. Contractors selected under this contract, may also participate in the Bids process for projects exceeding $25,000. A bid guarantee from each bidder equivalent to five percent of the bid price is required. The bid guarantee must consist of a firm commitment such as a bid bond, certified check, or other negotiable instrument accompanying the bid as assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of the bid, execute such contractual documents as may be required within the time specified.
