The Contractor shall notify the Town Engineer 72 hours (3 days) in advance of any intersection closure. M The Contractor shall be responsible for acquiring storage areas for construction. N. Weekend Work: No weekend work allowed unless extenuating circumstances require it with approval of the Town Engineer. 0. A Notice to Proceed will be provided at the start of each phase. Substantial Completion will be provided at the end of each phase. Substantial Completion will be completed on the prior phase before the Notice to Proceed is provided for the next phase. Liquidated Damages will be assessed for each phase. Refer to the Special Provisions (Phases of Work) section for the exact number of days to complete each phase of work. The entire project has a Substantial Completion of three hundred sixty-five (365) consecutive calendar days.
