**As of October 28, 2024, project was awarded to Trey Construction, awarded amount is $133,474.64.** The WORK required under this CONTRACT includes furnishing and paying for all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment and other items for construction improvements of the Police/Court Parking Lot Drainage Improvements, complete in every detail, ready for the TOWN's beneficial use as specified herein and/or indicated on the CONTRACT drawings. The repair will occur in the vicinity of the Police/Court Parking Lot, Bid, Performance(100.0%), Payment(100.0%), Certified Check General and/or technical questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the TOWN DIRECTOR OF GENERAL SERVICES, Office of General Services, by mail at 500 Poplar View Parkway, Collierville, TN 38017; by fax number 901-457-2258; or by email at tocpurchasing@colliervilletn.gov
