Renovation to an existing Camp Ripley Barracks to include the following: -Complete replacement/reconfiguration of existing latrine facilities to provide new sinks, toilets/urinals and showers. (replace group showers with private showers). -Reconfigure some interior spaces, replace doors and frames, insulate exterior walls, new interior finishes. -Replace and update heating, cooling and ventilation systems. -Provide second story mechanical room addition over existing 1-story portion of building to serve new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. -Add fire sprinkler system.
