The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Demolition, Excavation, Civil, and Landscape construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Site Work: Erosion control, temporary facilities, excavation, and rough and furnish grading. New columbarium and concrete plaza walks. Existing columbarium cap removal and replacement. 2. Utilities: Storm drainage and drain tile. 3. Landscaping: Furnishing the seed for Owner to install, tree and perennial plantings, seeding preparation, and irrigation installation. Est. Completion Date: July 31, 2025 This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a Subcontractor, the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since May 1, 2014, for construction of General Contracting that involved similar Project Scope for commercial masonry construction. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $500,000 or greater. Project Manager and Job Superintendent responsible for this project EACH has had at least 5 years similar in scope to this project and had construction value of $500,000 or greater.
