A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Electrical, and Landscape construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) The Minnesota Military and Veterans Museum project is new construction located on greenfield site near Camp Ripley near Little Falls, MN. The museum consists of 1-story construction with a partial mezzanine, with total new construction area of approximately 45,800 sf gross square feet on a 18.5 acre site. The building program includes Exhibit Galleries, Exhibit support spaces, an Environmental Learning Classroom, Exhibit Classroom, Office suite, Archival storage, and Collections Storage spaces. The site program includes Parking; exterior military artifact, vehicle, and aircraft exhibits; the Court of Honor; and Parade Grounds; as well as a utility enclosure for building systems equipment. Exterior facades are constructed of architectural precast concrete panels and aluminum/ glass storefront and curtainwall systems. The roof construction is a single-ply, adhered EPDM membrane system with internal primary and overflow roof drains.
