Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Little Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
This project has a Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), Veteran Owned (VO) preference and a 2% TGB subcontracting goal established. SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1) Insulation of foundation wall and interior side of existing CMU backup wall. 2) Installation of through wall flashing, selective tuckpointing/brick replacement, and replacement of existing sills with stone. 3) Replacement of EDPM roofing. 4) Near complete renovation of the interior spaces. 5) Removal, reinstallation and partial modification of existing raised panel wainscoting and trim. 6) Installation of complete fire sprinkler system. 7) Complete replacement of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and low voltage systems. 8) New water service.
