Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lake Forest, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Remove up to 40,000 square feet of existing parkway and slope turf grass along El Toro Road sidewalk, and install new water efficient landscaping and irrigation system. Question Submission Deadline: August 2, 2024, 2:00pm. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a Bid Bond in favor of the City in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish City with a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, and a Payment Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, prior to execution of the Contract. All bonds are to be secured from a surety that meets all of the State of California bonding requirements, as defined in Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120, and is admitted by the State of California. TIME FOR COMPLETION The Work shall be commenced on the date stated in City's Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall complete all Work required by the Contract Documents within 90 working days from the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. By its signature hereunder, Contractor agrees the time for completion set forth above is adequate and reasonable to complete the Work.
