Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kissimmee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This project consists of a roof replacement, investigative work and lightning protection at the gymnasium building. This summary is provided as a general performance outline and is not intended to be all inclusive. Refer to this Project Manual and Project Drawings and Manufacturer's Requirements for further descriptions. B. This summary of work is provided for the roof replacement of the following Gymnasium facilities located at Bellalago located in Kissimmee, Florida. Total assembly thickness of 3 3/4 " to 4" from the structural metal deck top flute top. 2. Mechanically attached Polyisocyanurate insulation board thickness of approximately 3 1/4". 3. BUR assembly total thickness of approximately 1/2 " with a mechanically attached base layer. 4. The structural metal deck appeared to be sloped by 2%. 5. Approximately 19-20 gauge of metal deck 6. Metal decking appeared to be sloped from the center of the building towards the building perimeter, where scupper and overflows were located. (north and south). 7.
