Demolition and site work for a residential development in Coral Harbour, Nunavut. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Demolition of unit 63 The Contractor will be required to perform the following work to be undertaken and completed on or before November 20th, 2024, which shall form part of the demolition procedure: o Foundation, floor and walls shall be torn down completely removed from the property. o All building materials and debris are to be completely removed and disposed of properly from site. o The finished site extending over the area of the demolished buildings shall be graded so that the surface drainage does not result in ponding or adversely affecting adjacent properties. o Work permit must be obtained prior to the Demo MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS o The Contractor shall not burn any trash or debris on the demolition site. o The Contractor shall not subcontract the work or any part thereof without the consent in writing by the Project Manager. o The Contractor shall ensure the roads and sidewalks are kept clean at all times. o The Contractor shall not obstruct or deposit any material on the Road allowance without first obtaining permission from the Hamlet of Coral Harbour. o The adjoining properties shall be protected in an adequate manner. No access over these properties will be permitted without first obtaining the Hamlet's and/or affected property owners consent. (if any) o All building materials is to be properly disposed of in accordance with the applicable environmental, municipal and territorial policies and legislation.
