Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kennedale, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 76,000-square-foot educational facility.
It is the intent of Kennedale ISD to enter into a contract with one CMAR contractor. This current project program consists of: Renovations to the Kennedale ISD James F. Delaney Elementary School Campus: Extensive finish upgrades throughout campus including paint, flooring, ceilings, fixtures, etc. Restroom upgrades Gymnasium upgrades including new telescoping bleachers, paint, wall pads, flooring, etc. Total building square footage approximately 76,000sf Other misc. building upgrades It is expected that construction should begin Spring 2025. Calendar days for the basis of general conditions shall be provided by the respondent.
