Florida Mango Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33409 Verdex Construction, LLC, Construction Manager at Risk for School District of Palm Beach County, is seeking to pre-qualify subcontractors/vendors for prequalification. Scope of work includes, but not limited to, various renovations and repairs to the existing SDPBC Ancillary at Florida Mango Facility including new exterior windows, overhead doors, and hollow metal frames and doors, new ADA civil modifications at exterior, exterior lighting replacement, interior ACT and lighting replacement and controls, new electrical panel upgrades, ADA interior modifications, remodel of ALL single and group restrooms to meet ADA requirements, partial flooring replacement, new fire alarm system, and additions to the access control system.
