As of April 16, 2026, a construction manager was awarded. The project is currently on hold. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. The respondents will be submitting proposals to provide Construction Management at Risk services consisting of pre-construction services, developing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), and construction of the following project Four Points/Emergency Operation Center (EOC) Connector located at 20 and 50 South Military Trail respectively in West Palm Beach (the Project). The Project includes, but is not limited to: The Project includes, but is not limited to: Construction of a new building connector which is expected to require a combination of at-grade and above-grade improvements to provide a physical link from the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) building to the second floor of the adjacent Four Points building. The connector will additionally include program areas to support emergency operations. Add a new UPS room to the EOC as a second permit package and upgrade and replace the four main air handler units and associated fresh air equipment in the EOC to meet any increased load created by the new spaces as a third and separate permit package.. SBE Evaluation Preference for Mentoring: 5 points for CM/SBE Partner SBE Evaluation Preference for SBE Participation: up to 10 points for SBE Participation Plan At the time of proposal submission, respondent must be properly certified and licensed in the State of Florida and/or Palm Beach County, as applicable, for the purpose of performing the specified work. Palm Beach County reserves the right to waive any proposal irregularities, informalities, or technical deficiencies and to reject any and all proposals.
