Community Center Entrance, Double Steel Door. The approximate size for each door is 36"x84"x1.75". Energy-efficient core to help lower heating and cooling costs. The doors should be primed and prepared to be painted. The color of doors will be determined post bid. Contractor to remove old doors, supply and install new doors, framing, and new door thresholds and hardware. Framing to be 16-gauge type 316 stainless steel. Locks must be keyed to master. Install new ADA compliant automatic handicap door opener, automatic electric swing door opener electric door openers. Community Center Side Door, Single Steel Door. The approximate size of the single door is 36"x84"x1.75". Energy-efficient core to help lower heating and cooling costs. The door should be primed and prepared to be painted. The color of doors will be determined post bid. Contractor to remove old door, supply and install new doors, framing, and new door thresholds and hardware. Framing to be 16-gauge type 316 stainless steel. Locks must be keyed to master. Community Center Maintenance Shop Double Steel Door. The size of the doors will be unequal; approximate size of one single door is 42"x84"x1.75" and the other single door is 36"x84"x1.75". Energy-efficient core to help lower heating and cooling costs. The doors should be primed and prepared to be painted. The color of doors will be determined post bid. Contractor to remove old doors, supply and install new doors, framing, and new door thresholds and hardware. Framing to be 16-gauge type 316 stainless steel. Locks must be keyed to master. Community Center Laundry Room Single Steel Door. The size of the doors is 36"x84"x1.75" with side clear glass. The grids of the door are adhered to the interior and exterior of glass to provide and authentic divided light appearance. Energy-efficient core to help lower heating and cooling costs. The door should be primed and prepared to be painted. The color of doors will be determined post bid. Contractor to remove old door, supply and install new doors, framing, and new door thresholds and hardware. Framing to be 16-gauge type 316 stainless steel. Locks must be keyed to master. Install new combo lock for tenants to easily use the laundry facilities at their convenience. Garage Front Door, Single Steel Door. The approximate size of the 6-panel single door is 36"x84"x1.75". Energy-efficient core to help lower heating and cooling costs. The door should be primed and prepared to be painted. The color of the door is white. Contractor to remove old door, supply and install new door, framing, and new door thresholds. Repurpose hardware. Framing to be 16-gauge type 316 stainless steel. Contractors cannot use the Newburgh Village dumpster and may need to secure their own dumpster. Provide applicable warranty.
