The Charter Township of West Bloomfield has found that the property owner has failed to comply with the demolition order and therefore the township board shall cause such building to be demolished and shall cause the cost of such demolition to be charged against the land on which the building exists as a lien and cause such cost to be added to the tax roll as an assessment or to be levied as a special tax against the land upon which the building stands or to be recovered in a suit against the owner.
